IFBTC thanks it's PGD student for help in translating literature on Islamic Finance
We would like to inform you of the latest development. One of our best PGD students of Islamic Banking and Finance, Mr. Amirov Asylhan, even though very busy person due to his professional obligations, showing good results on all the subject of his education, has expressed his desire to support development of the Islamic banking and finance in our country. When we have approached our community with the request to help publishing first book in about Islamic finances, he has generously donated resources for translation of the book into local language.

Leasing in Islam - IJARAH
The concept of leasing stretches as far back as where permanent lease of the state owned land was granted to farmers and their families. The head of the family took the right for usages or in technical terms usufruct of the land and was allowed to transfer the right to male dependent in case of his death. In return, he pledged to cultivate the land on a continuous basis and to meet a series of fiscal requirements and obligations to fulfill specific service to the state.
