Delivery terms

Pro­ducts are dis­patc­hed wit­hin 48 ho­urs from the da­te of or­der with the ma­jori­ty of or­ders dis­patc­hed the sa­me day, sub­ject to stock ava­ila­bili­ty. You will re­ce­ive an ema­il no­tifi­cati­on when your or­der is dis­patc­hed.

In the event that pro­duct is out of stock, we will no­tify you by ema­il wit­hin 24 ho­urs and of­fer you to exc­han­ge your or­der for any ot­her ava­ilab­le pro­duct to the sa­me.

So­me of the pro­ducts may be ava­ilab­le on­ly upon sig­ning of the pre­limi­nary cont­ract with pro­ducer with the pur­po­se of re­ser­ving qu­an­ti­ty, app­ro­xima­te pri­ce and ship­ment sche­dule, ty­pical­ly at the end of the year.

We ship worl­dwi­de and wel­co­me in­terna­ti­onal bu­yers pro­vided all re­qu­ired do­cuments are in or­der. In ca­se of your in­te­rest to­wards se­lec­ted item, you sho­uld pro­vide us with full in­forma­ti­on ac­cording to fol­lo­wing list of do­cuments:

1. LOI / IC­PO
2. Cont­ract
3. L/C or bank trans­fer

Ple­ase be awa­re of your co­unt­ry’s po­licy with re­gards to im­port ta­xes and du­ti­es as you shall be res­ponsib­le for pa­ying the­se on re­ce­ipt if app­li­cab­le.
