Im­portant No­te:

FOB pri­ces shall be re­ma­in va­lid for bu­yers ac­ceptan­ce for 15-da­ys from the da­te of firm of­fer ma­de from the sel­lers, whi­le CIF­FO pri­ce per bre­ak-bulk ship­ment and/or CIF Con­ta­ine­rized ves­sel pri­ce shall al­wa­ys be sub­ject to fre­ight ra­te ava­ilab­le at the ti­me of ship­ment, any inc­re­ase in fre­ight ra­te shall be at the risk and cost of the bu­yers.

Firm Of­fer:

Nor­mally ma­de on re­ce­ipt of spe­cific en­qui­ry sta­ting ri­ce qua­lity, pac­king mo­de, de­live­ry pe­ri­od,

des­ti­nati­on, pri­ce re­qu­ired on FOB ship­ping port or CIF disc­har­ge port.

Ship­ment:

Wit­hin 4–6 we­eks, sub­ject to the ves­sel and spa­ce ava­ila­bili­ty.

Bre­ak-Bulk:

10,000 tons to 20,000 met­ric tons on ship­lo­ad ba­sis (char­ter ves­sel).

Pa­yment:

Do­cumen­ta­ry Let­ter of Cre­dit, Bank’s con­firmed, ir­re­vocab­le, and un-rest­ric­ted for ne­goti­ations, pa­yab­le at sight, wit­ho­ut re­co­ur­se, to be es­tabli­shed from any first class sche­duled In­terna­ti­onal Banks, di­rect­ly in fa­vor of SEL­LERS LC to be ope­ned wit­hin 3-wor­king da­ys via SWIFT mes­sa­ge.

Cer­ti­fica­te:

Ins­pec­ti­on of qua­lity, pac­king, we­ight, from Pa­kis­tan Ri­ce Ex­porters’ As­so­ci­ation, which is a re­cog­ni­zed bo­dy. Ho­wever ins­pec­ti­on co­uld al­so be ar­ranged thro­ugh one of the in­de­pen­dent in­terna­ti­onal sur­ve­yors, if Bu­yers in­sist. Phy­tosa­nita­ry Cer­ti­fica­te is­su­ed from re­cog­ni­zed Go­vern­ment Bo­dy shall al­so be ar­ranged.

Dis­pu­te Sett­le­ment:

Ami­cab­le sett­le­ment thro­ugh ne­goti­ations bet­we­en sel­lers and the bu­yers, if not sett­led then the ca­se shall be de­cided by the In­terna­ti­onal Ar­bitra­ti­on Law un­der the ru­les and re­gula­ti­ons of the Lon­don Ri­ce Bro­kers’ As­so­ci­ation.

¨ Ri­ce shall al­wa­ys be supp­li­ed strict­ly me­eting the spe­cifi­cati­ons, va­ri­ety, bro­ken per­centa­ge, strong pac­king, as con­firmed and quo­ted in the of­fer;

¨ Shall ne­ver comp­ro­mise on qua­lity, pac­king of go­ods;

¨ Re­gular and ti­mely supp­ly shall be gu­aran­te­ed;

¨ Pri­ces shall al­wa­ys be in li­ne with the pri­ces pre­va­iling in the ex­port mar­ket;

¨ As­sistan­ce, help, gu­idan­ce, co­ope­rati­on in any ri­ce bu­siness re­lated area inc­lu­ding mar­ke­ting and dist­ri­buti­on, shall al­wa­ys be ava­ilab­le for the bu­yers;

¨ Shall al­wa­ys ta­ke each and eve­ry fe­ed-back inc­lu­ding com­pe­titi­on ac­ti­viti­es, sug­gesti­ons, re­com­menda­ti­ons, on pri­ori­ty and shall ta­ke prompt ac­ti­on;

¨ Shall al­wa­ys try to ful­fill our cont­rac­tu­al ob­li­gati­ons plus our res­ponsi­bili­ti­es pu­rely in pro­fes­si­onal way;

¨ Shall al­wa­ys at­tend any comp­la­int if and when re­ce­ived and shall ta­ke im­me­di­ate app­rop­ri­ate ac­ti­on in the in­te­rest of the bu­yers and the pro­duct.

¨ Shall be ob­li­ged when our va­lu­ed cus­to­mers ma­ke sug­gesti­ons, re­com­menda­ti­ons to imp­ro­ve our ser­vi­ces ac­cording to the spe­cific mar­ket re­qu­ire­ments.
